Criteria for Selection of Vendors / Service Providers will be based on the following:

• Preferably an ISO 9001 Certified Supplier.
• Either an OEM Or an authorized Dealer / Stockiest of material.
• Raw material & services should meet the specs & service levels of TP.
• Prices should be competitive.
• Suppliers should be financially capable to supply the material on time without interruption. Company may ask for annual accounts or any other information to assess the financial strength of the vendor.
• A team will visit the vendor premises to assess the operational capability to ensure supply of material as per TP’s requirement.
• Should be able to provide list of clients as reference.
• Open to share contact detail of 2-3 Customer who can be used as reference check.
• Suppliers & service providers will have to go through TP vendor selection process.
• Vendor should be complying with applicable labor law.
